Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Reelsinary (the "Service"), which turns Instagram reels and carousels into maps of the places they mention. By using the Service — including by sending a reel to our Instagram account or using the website — you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

You share a public Instagram reel or post (by direct message to our Instagram account, or by pasting a link on our website). We process its public content to extract the places it mentions and return a map you can view, edit, and share. Maps you create are saved so you can return to them.

Your responsibilities

Accuracy

Places, coordinates, and itineraries are generated automatically from third-party content and may be incomplete or wrong. The Service is provided "as is," for planning and inspiration — verify anything important (opening hours, locations, bookings) before you rely on it.

Content & ownership

You keep any rights you have in the content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process that content to provide the Service (extraction, mapping, and — if you share a map — displaying it to people with the link). We don't claim ownership of your maps.

Availability & changes

The Service is under active development and may change, break, or be unavailable. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend access that abuses the Service or these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, or from reliance on automatically generated content.
